KartSim Karts not running offline

When I start rFactor 2 offline the Karts in KartSim dlc do not show up. The tracks are present but not the Karts.

 

Try to unsubscribe KartSim, open rF2, close rF2, subscribe again and open rF2 again.

Ok, that doesn´t work. When I unsubscribe the dlc and start rF2 again, the download starts immidiately. This happens with all the car dlc´s
GT3,GTE,Formual E and KartSim. I need to go online once and start rF2 and then I can play offline. There seems to be a problem with
the workshop synchronisation.
