Is VR development still ongoing?

Please keep going. I hope to someday soon have a setting to stabilize the horizon that is higher than the current high setting. I come to re-try the sim every few months because I really want to join a serious league with RF2 but as it is now I can barely drive a couple of test laps. I currently run 3-4 hour races in iracing with no issue. In RF2 I am just too bouncy feeling and I feel horribly disconnected from the car and floaty. A couple of car/ track combos have been okay but as it is but I could never drive a sportscar around Sebring for more than a lap or two.

Did you notice the stabilize horizon button that was introduced a few months back?

Agree with that. Very uncomfortable to drive on bumpy tracks, even on stabilize=high setting.

And i hope we get some real/dynamic mirrors someday.

 

Plus working "self in mirror" would be great.

Also the stabilize Horizont settings are good for me. Also at Sebring I have no issues.

 

Agreed. The "high"-setting is still a bit to bouncy, so a "very high" setting would be nice.

 

You can enjoy self in rearview in many open wheel mods, and SC Resurrection mod, but it is a shame this is neglected in the official content, really important visual immersion feature.

 

Yep not only immersion, but it's so helpful in close battles as well.
