Hi, My dedicated server was fine up until a few days ago. It's not always running, only on occasion and mostly on LAN. Both WAN and LAN ports worked depending on what I set in multiplayer file. Nothing has changed on my part. I use the in-game server not the Steam matchmaker thing. Since yesterday, my server won't show up in any of our PCs server list, including its own. (I play on on the server). Tried everything. Router settings, reboot, firewall, antivirus, verify files, new multi.JSON, etc. etc. Did something change on your side? Thanks, Pete <UPDATE 1> Adding: "Announce Host":true, to the end of Multiplayer.JSON and running server seems to have "fixed it". Not sure how, because after shutting everything down that line is deleted from the .JSON but the server continues to show up correctly afterwards. Question is, for how long? I will try a reboot after my CHKDSK finishes and report back. <UPDATE 2> Still working after reboot. Well not sure what to make of this. Does adding "Announce Host":true, trip a switch elsewhere?
I have the same issue and adding "Announce Host": true at the end of the multiplayer.JSON file did not work for me. Anyone knows the problem?
