    how do I stop this game from resetting the wheel rotation for the T500rs in the control panel.
    every time I go into RF2 it changes the setting.

    I think it's not possible, but if someone wants to say otherwise we'll both be happier.

    I either use the vehicle set, or adjust the degree of rotation within the rF2 menu and save the profile. Requires loading the profile each time...

    I was hoping for a .ini file tweak.
    Or a way to stop the per car rotation soft lock.

    I believe it does.
    That's what I've been using.
    But for some reason I get the feeling cars defaults to 900 deg
    at least it feels that way at low speeds.

    @rd.king If you disable that setting, all cars will reach full-lock at your wheel's set rotation (which might be 900 degrees?). When the game sets the wheel's rotation you get correct feeling in each car, but when you leave the game the wheel still has that rotation (and if you play another game that doesn't set the rotation itself, you'll probably need to adjust it first). I agree that's annoying.

    But, if you stop the game adjusting the rotation for each car, you're relying on your wheel setting being somewhat close to that of the car you're driving in order for it to feel correct. If it's set to 450 degrees it will feel too slow in a kart (with 200 degrees or less of realistic lock) and too fast in a sedan which should have 900+.

    As it's a sim I think the only real option is to let the game adjust it, and put up with having to fix it later if you want to play something else. Driving all cars with the same wheel rotation just doesn't feel right (unless you drive only similar cars, and your set rotation suits).

    @Lazza
    Yes that's how it seems to be.
    hopefully it's something that will be addressed at some point.
