i have forgotten Dakar 18, so many games until the release of Nordschleife. For AMS, i will pass, it can't be very different from rF2, same category, for FH4, VR4, or Dakar 18, it's brain new
Actually there are more differences than similarities. 1. Many circuits that are in Automobilista, are not in RF2 (for example, all Brazilian circuits). 2. Many of the cars either (for example, the "Copa de Marcas", stock car V8, some road cars, etc. 3. Automobilista has a tool to create custom championships off-line, RF2 No. 4. The sound of Automobilista is first level, RF2 ... sometimes yes, sometimes not so much 6. All the series and categories of Automobilista are polished and finished, in RF2 there are still things half done. Now, RF2 has deformable tires, Automobilista no. I'm not saying that Automobilista is better. In fact, I think the simulation of RF2 is much deeper and advanced. Both seem excellent and I think they are in first and second place on the podium today. What I want to say is that they are two very different simulators, although they have a common origin.
people are just different ................. i resub at Iracing 2 months ago,,,,, i bought 3 months sub for 30 euros or so.... i have play 1 hour total believe it or not i regret resubing at the 1st moment i logged into Iracing people are just different cheers
As a Brazilian I would really like a package of Brazilian tracks in rFactor 2, we have legal circuits around here. While the package reizes I believe that due to the event of mclaren, it can be delayed not to take the focus of the event and not lose the package marketing, there is much to change and improve on rFactor 2 that sometimes discourages, but the sensation to drive in is great, even with all the problems, the way is to wait for the new user interface and online competition and see what will happen.
"both Zandvoort and the Reiza Pack to be almost ready and we do anticipate both to become available in September." any news ?
I have a few hundred hours in AMS in both the retail and beta but ever since i got VR i just cant drive on flat screen anymore . AMS was great back then though and can only imagine its gotten better sincs it made v1.5 . Bring on new Reiza content and game ASAP ! Also , from memory AMS actually looks about the most real to life once you get past the cockpit , the track and surroundings look exceptional in 4k Ultra using nVidia inspector to force AA to max and runs at like 40% at that on a 1080Ti .
Not to mention it was initially supposed to come in August. BTW, where's this month's Road Map? It's the last business day of the month....or do they work on weekends?
im on the beta for Reiza rf2 dlc and its been very quite. So im sure somethings being waiting on to progress.
Formula Vee is, for me, one of the "all time best" cars in simracing, can't be happier for having it on Rf2. I love Reiza since Formula Armaroli and love all their sims, the way they push Rf1 motor to the limits was (is) amazing. Usually people criticize the content of GSC/AMS for not being "popular" but, in my opinion, they have the best default selection of cars, anda brasilian tracks are great. Fresh air from the usual Silverstone, Brands Hatch, Monza, Barcelona...tracks, wich i can't almost no longer ride in. And others normally point at the out of date graphics, which i can understand, but i like a lot as they are. Alex Sawczuk is a brilliant designer.
The graphics doesnt bother me at all when driving in AMS: Its also such a tight package regarding all content and functions that if you love simming - you gotta have it. There will always be some combo(s) you fall in love with - guaranteed.
The AJR is a modular Prototype, which means the suspension, wheels, bodywork and engines can all be swapped for something different. Not only do the four AJRs in Automobilista have different power units and weight, they also have their own rate of fuel consumption. I'm glad you enjoyed the varied (and glorious) sounds of the engines. Reiza Studio's audio is really satisfying. If you'll excuse the pun, I hope the DLC, whenever it appears, is a roaring success.
