Ok, on the screenshots that you have posted, the correct build and build id are shown.
And in game you don't have the option 'engine mixture' shown in the menu?
Can you post a screenshot of that menu screen please.

I have meant a screenshot from the rfactor garage menu where the engine options are.

But besides of that.
As @ADSTA has said, you have a lot of error messages in the launcher.
Can it be that you also have a customized UI installed and active?
Be sure that you have the default S397 UI selected.

As said, please check if the correct UI is selected in the game settings.
It has to be the 'rfactor2 UI'.

how can I fix the errors that you were talking about

 

It looks as if you have a lot of vmods/race events installed, that miss components now.
You can uninstall these mods in the launcher or delete them from the folder
..\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\Installed\rFm

EDIT
But take care that, if you delete them manually, you don't delete the 'All Tracks & Cars_10.mas'.
