For me, the side mirrors in the Oreca are pointed down from my POV whereas, other cars POV need adjustment further in but, are good height-wise.

Just thought I would mention that the GTE cars are a blast around the 24 Hours of the Nordschliefe. I only drove the Porsche so far but in a race vs AI it was great fun. (Low drag package is faster, possibly have to force AI to use that too which I forgot to do.
A couple of AI drivers called Offermans and Elliot seemed to have good pace.

Does anyone know what the really loud scraping noise is in the BMW?, seems to happen on downshifts sometimes.

I tested the BOP of Endurance pack on Sebring and with Oreca I'm going to meet the real time 1: 48: 858
Best Oreca this year in qualifying 1: 48: 742, but the GTE cars will come slower or I am looser?
My best time with 911 RSR is 1: 59: 518, but the best Porsche in qualification 1: 56: 251 and in race 1: 58: 466

And BOP in GTE is better, but still best BMW and worst is Porsche (about +-0.8 sec / lap)
I tested it on Ai drivers

I hope there will be further adjustment of BOP to GTE comparing ;)

Best Oreca times are within low/mid 1:55s. GTE times 1:56-57s with all of them fairly close to each other. With GT3 hmmm I'm not sure since I haven't tested much GT3. Only done a few laps which are far, far from being as fast as it can go. But they should be only 2-3 s slower than GTEs. Thereabouts. Will see one day.

Are They lap times you really made? Because Oreca 07 LMP2 is going 1:48 and I did it, do not you mess up with Norma LMP3? 1:56 with GTE? good job man

    Hello,

Because the carstat can't read the files in GTE & GT3 pack I would like you to give us some vital information about cars.

I'm and I suppose the others also are interested in such parameters for each car as:

    - power curve
    - mass
    - optimal brake's temperature
    - optimal temperatures for each tire compounds
    - safe rpm
    - optimal oil temperature
    - safe oil temperature
    - engine lifetime and its variance
    - how the above parameters changes when using different fuel mixtures

Could we get these info please?

There is a reason explained by @Marcel Offermans some months ago and has to do with the limitations of the Steam system.
S397 cannot do much about it.
And I cannot find the message.

Yeah, it's like I wrote Porsche because I ride it, I just do not get real time with GTE, either it's not, or I'm doing something wrong

With Oreca I have did a real lap time and I do not go much with him

Is there any way to set up a BoP myself, say weight, power & fuel restriction?

I think no, it's locked in files of cars, to avoid it cheating

There is a server command /setmass. It only works in multiplayer though

This, please! This is information that manufacturers (car, tire, brakes, etc.) would provide to teams.

    Good evening!

I just noticed that the Norma LMP3 car doesn't log all channels for Motec whereas all the other cars do. Almost everything to do with ride heights doesn't seem to be recorded. Is this by any chance meant to be?

These bottom 3 graphs show up in any other car I've ever driven.

Some telemetry has been removed at the request of the manufacturer, I've seen something about this, but can't remember whether it was here or on discord. :(

I got a question for @Christopher Elliott or @Marcel Offermans

GTE's don't have any ABS according the regulations. On the contrary GT3 got it of course. While I'm testing both classes I don't realize any difference in the way they break. My question is now if the breaking system of the GTE cars do no simulate ABS in fact up to now. Perhaps I do something wrong, I don't know.

Normally I'd expect you have to struggle with locking of the tires when ABS is not in use.

@Enzo Fazzi as @Goanna said, this was confirmed on Discord. Some manufacturers place restrictions on the data the game makes available, so this would be one of those cases.

    If I can add
I would say it changed in the new version of the pack, in older versions the wheels were blocked in aggressive braking with GTE
