How to uninstall GT3 pack and VEC mod

    Hi everyone, I was trying to understand how i can permanently uninstall the GT3 pack. When I remove it from my inventory then it gets auto-downloaded back again, and I can't understand how to stop this.
    Also, I need to remove VEC mod but the workshop link has been removed. How can I remove it now?
