Sorry to drag this out. Car2stat shows that the info is encrypted. For informational purposes, what do the numbers in CC console mean that follow the lines Telemetry, Scoring, Rules, etc? Or is this something I just shouldn't worry my pretty little head about?
sorry for the confusion, this is for me to debug really, I should hide this. CC has option to log tire temps into console output, might be useful for you to find good ranges.
Thanks for the reply. Understandable due to the vast amount of mods running around since 2012. Thanks for adding an example as this is always welcome when getting started. I will see how far I can get before bothering you again I used the "force single class" option in the menu but for some reason this did not halt the message.
Hmmm.... I'll check "force single class" option, maybe something is broken. Thanks for letting me know Just to double check - you restarted CC after enabling the option and you still got "you're fastest in your class"?
We still have the fastest in class message but I think the problem is mod based. "force single class" option is checked.
Hey Iron Wolf, i have a problem with the spotter. There are many settings in that program so i hope i didnt overlooked this. When you are head to head on the home stretch and want to overtake on T1 the spotter always gets interrupted for the laptimes and other things in the moment i need him/her the most. Is it possible to to give the spotter a higher priority and give me the other informations after the overtake?
Hi, it is already given higher priority. But we currently do not support spotter interrupting Chief in the middle of a phrase. This has been requested by other users too, and we'll look into it at some point in the future.
Hi, does anyone have any hints for using voice attack with crew chief. At the moment my voice attack won't start because it can't find a speech recognition package that it can talk to but I have crew chief working with the recommended package for this app. Can you use two speech rec packages at the same time? Has anyone else got this to work? I just need a push in the right direction (I'm an old fart) Thanks in advance JT PS I had voice attack working some time ago but then got CC and put VA on the back burner.
Yes i got it working. There are some instructions on how to get it working with a seperate speech rec. But if i remember correct it was the same which CC uses. Just have a look in the VA settings there is an option for 3rd party speech rec. I used the 3rd party rec because for some reason the build in didn't fit my desires but i can't remember why
No, it works with Windows speech recognition. I use crew chief with a PTT button on wheel when I want to speak to him. This button is also configured in VA to stop VA listening so there's no clash. then I use VA for other general rf2 car/game stuff - moving seat, adjusting mirrors, requesting pit etc.
Forgot to post: The new function telling you what position you will rejoin the race after a pitstop is really black magic ! You guys just do not cease to amaze me with your updates. Thanks again for an unbelievably great program !
