Hello, After deleting and re installing rF2, when opening the launcher i am greeted with a dialogue box verifying content. However it gets stuck at 18% of the Formula E Hong Kong track each time I do it. I have left it for over 3 hours on multiple occasions and there has been no difference. I have also verified game cache just in case. I had this issue with another track previously. but since it was available on the steam workshop I was able to unsubscribe and not prompt the download. However this can't be the case with this piece of content. and at the moment it is stopping me from playing Any Help is greatly appreciated. Thank You, Sam
Hello, Thanks for your reply. Apologies for being a bit stupid. but how do you unsubscribe from DLC content?
Ah thank you, now when i click unsubscribe to Launch rF2 the launcher starts downloading this track. Even though i have unsubscribed from it. I go back to check my Inventory and it says its subscribed even after unbsubbing from it previously. And the comments on the track seem to have the same problem i am having. its a shame S397 haven't fixed this since some comments hark back to November. Hoping they do notice it soon maybe.
Yeah i think it must me so. Unsubscribed from it and its just downloading it. Real shame, was looking forward to getting behind the wheel
Still struggling with this Issue... Can't play RF2 at all... at this point if steam could remove the Formula E Track from my purchases i'd be happy. Broken content for me and a few others
I had that for a track I didn't even know I had. Went through all the hundreds of lines in the packages screen til I found it and deleted it. good luck hunting this down.
Maybe a shot in the dark but did you try to delete your Steam download cache? You need to have your account infos ready, as you will have to log back in Steam.
perhaps try finding it in the actual windows folder. inside that long steam/steamapps/common/rfactor2/packages
