short lag when people leave the server

This lag was there before but very tiny so i could live with it .
Until my last race when i noticed every time someone was leaving the race i got about 0.4 of a second lag .
That is not acceptable . Anybody can help what is causing it?

In this case maybe someone in charge of studio can bother and answer my question

 

Or it's possible that nobody knows what's causing it.
Better to wait for them an answer.

 

Just enjoy RF2 for what it is. Any new updates, content or support in the mean time is a bonus
