"Waiting for server" problem

Hi,

i have a problem with dedicated server. Sometimes when I go to the race session, some players are getting communicate "Waiting for server" and cannot join to race. It looks like they have a big lag (they cannot see anyone, and for other players are unvisible or have huge ping (2k - 3k)). I have the newest version of "dedicated server" file. How can I deal with it?

In past days, when I had rFactor 1 dedicated server, similar problem was because of Live Racers. Is it possible now with rFactor 2?

Are you running the server from the Steam client, or is this a SteamCMD dedicated server?

 

This is a SteamCMD dedicated server.

Maybe it will be important thing - some players have "waiting for server problem" but sometimes someone have problem when somebody joins or leave the server - then they got beheading game... It's probably problem with server config, but really idk what could be wrong.

Can somebody help us?
