Hello Fuzzy, missing cars / tracks should not cause an issue and should be pointed out on the post-upload page on the website. I'm also running the DX11 beta, so this doesn't explain the exta "AIParameter" stuff that's found in your cch files. I seem to recall that ISI planned adding some info about aids used and so on with the trackstat entries, but that was a long time ago and I don't know if those changes ever made it into a "production" release. I'll take a look, I guess it'd be easiest to simply filter out those lines. All the best, Uwe
Hey hoover, I renamed my "All Tracks & Cars.cch" to let rF2 create a new one. I ran a practice, qualifying, and full race against the AI. As expected, rF2 created a new file with the Nola B track and URD BMW. This record/file also has the "AIParameter" lines - I don't have any aids enabled. What I don't understand, I also deleted my "career.blt" after renaming my original "xxxx.cch" file but the script recreated this file with the previously created 41 records even though my "xxx.cch" file is as below (single track/car record). There must be another file (cache?) that the script is using to create the career records file in addition to looking at the current - where is the script getting it's data from to create my "career.blt"? I would like to start with a fresh career file. //[[gMa1.002f (c)2016 ]] [[ ]] [CAREER] Experience=1650 Money=101650 CurSeasIndex=0 SinglePlayerVehicle="D:\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\Installed\Vehicles\URD_T5_Bayro\2.0\BAYROT5_13_14.VEH" SinglePlayerFilter="T5_Touring_2013" MultiPlayerFilter="|GT500_GT-R" AIAggression=0.3524 SinglePlayerAIStrength=90 MultiPlayerAIStrength=95 AbortedSeasons=0 TotalLaps=28 TotalRaces=1 TotalRacesWithAI=1 TotalPointsScored=20 TotalChampionships=0 TotalWins=1 TotalPoles=0 TotalLapRecords=0 AvgStartPosition=3.000000 AvgFinishPosition=1.000000 AvgRaceDistance=50.000000 AvgOpponentStrength=90.000000 [PLAYERTRACKSTAT] TrackName=NOLAMP_RT_A TrackFile=D:\STEAM\STEAMAPPS\COMMON\RFACTOR 2\INSTALLED\LOCATIONS\NOLAMP_2016\1.1\NOLAMP_RT_A ClassRecord="*",28,91.9969,92.3052,91.9969 ClassRecord="BayroT5 2013",28,91.9969,92.3052,91.9969 CRL="BayroT5 #14 2013","Soft","Soft",25003481,4042258681,1526857728 CRQ="BayroT5 #14 2013","Soft","Soft",25003461,4126734843,1845624832 CRR="BayroT5 #14 2013","Soft","Soft",25003481,4042258681,1526857728 AIParameters="AuraT5 2013",90.0000,0.3542,0.0000,0 AIParameters="BayroT5 2013",90.0000,0.3542,0.0000,0 AIParameters="Pace Car",-1.0000,-1.0000,-1.0000,0 AIParameters="MauresT5 2013",-1.0000,-1.0000,-1.0000,0 EDIT, I realize now why my "career.blt" file is rebuilt even though I only had a single record. The script uses a wildcard - will find all "xxxx.cch" files in the root folder. I had renamed my original file but it still remained in the root folder with the "xxxx.cch" extension.
ASR F1 Toro Rosso has been added; changed promotion to Hungaroring 2013 (even though it looks terrible in DX11) EDIT: Never mind the racerfactor version looks much better. The track has been added and is now being used for the new promotion.
Fuzz, are you sure you're using the latest create_career.py file? I just tested your "one lap record" file that you posted above and it was processed just fine. $ python create_file.py create_file.py V0.25 (c) ISIforums.net, 2014- career.blt created successfully from 1 files (found 1 track records). Press ENTER to exit. All the best, Uwe
Yes, that single record processed for me also. I don't know why there was problems with my original career file. I haven't tried it (script) again lately but will when I get the chance.
Hi all!, the site gplrank does not work, the server is down, is it maintenance?, or only I have that problem. Thanks in advance, and hopefully soon the server gets up.
Thanks for the heads-up, it looks like the server was rebooted a few hours ago. Let me know if there are any other problems. Uwe
Again, thank you for pointing this out. I reconfigured my nagios-Server so I should be notified the next time this happens. cheers, Uwe
LONG_BEACH_2014 has been added to the database. New promotion: Anything @ Matsusaka / Suzuka GP Circuit Enjoy, Uwe
Hi folks, I've uploaded an updated version of the create_file.py script that should pick up the playertrackstat format correctly (the old version would only register the first classrecord for each trackstat entry now that the new "CRL"-Line is saved to the CCH files). Please let me know if the new version works for you, for now I've left both links active on the website. The new script can be downloaded here: https://zif.gplrank.info/hoover/create_file_v026.py Thanks & all the best, Uwe
As for me it works tip top! recognizes all the times laps, no longer have to play in the notepad, GW! can I leave the old python file in the folder or i need to delete it?
Seemed to work OK for me. However I got the following message: create_file.py V0.26 (c) Uwe Schuerkamp, 2014- WARNING: Something's wrong with a PLAYERTRACKSTAT entry in file All Tracks & Cars.cch at line 28872, please check. Error: Keywords "Trackname" and / or "ClassRecord" not found where I expected them. career.blt created successfully from 138 files (found 197 track records). Press ENTER to exit. When I uploaded the career.blt file, the server responded much more quickly than it has been. Hope this info helps. BTW, I love that last line in the program message.
Remove [PLAYERTRACKSTAT] in which you have no time laps For example, Sebring has a few layouts, remove the ones you did not ride, like that: [PLAYERTRACKSTAT] TrackName=SEBRING_12H_LE TrackFile=E:\STEAMLIBRARY\STEAMAPPS\COMMON\RFACTOR 2\INSTALLED\LOCATIONS\SEBRING_VIRTUA_LM\2.02\SEBRING_12H_LE AIParameters="GT-R GT1 2011",90.0000,0.0667,0.0476,0 AIParameters="GT2_2009_C6R",90.0000,0.0667,0.0476,0 AIParameters="Megane Trophy 2013",90.0000,0.0667,0.0476,0 (no records) By running sebring automatically creates playertrackstat for each layout track. Remove those on which you have no records
hi, I can not open setup file or replay in f1 season 2017, it pops up the information that "You don't have permission to access /rfactor2_setups/ on this server." I just wanted to look through the setups.
Hi folks, I just updated the letsencrypt certs so the site should be available again via SSL: https://rf2.gplrank.info/
@Fabe: I'm still working on setting up the is challenge. Providing replays will be kinda hard as I'm using the fastest race laps from the real life event for the benchmark times All the best, Uwe
I know it's almost impossible but replays as movies from a real grand prix could be cool. I am more interested in setups, but great thanks for all your contributions to the works. I appreciate it hoover
