From g-sync user perspective i would advice to make sure that app is in full screen mode:
    1. hit Win key (being on track)
    2. ALT+ENTER
that should force app to switch to full screen render mode and utilize hardware.

I read from your first post that you have "Tryed adaptive Vsync" Turn on video sync in rFactor 2 launcher video settings menu.

Adaptive vsync works very well for me. But you have to launch rf2 by the exe on your desktop, not by steam. If you have launched rf2 by steam, just do alt tab and come again on rf2. Now it works.

Ah,i think it is track related.Red Bull Ring 1.3 by Senorman has too much GFX.I love the Austria Red Bull, but i found a alternativ version in the Workshop.Tryd some other track, llike Studio 397 Zandvort - no Problems.
I hope Nurburg GP South will be updated.Thes two tracks is what i need...
Thanx to all for helping !
    Vsync is on in launcher.
