Hi, I'm fairly new to simracing (just got into it through VR) and in the process of trying to improve my driving skills. I learned that completely avoiding tire screech is not the way to go (some is normal) so I'd like to watch tire temps instead to see the impact of my cornering decisions. Is there a way to check tire temperatures realtime in DX11? (I'm driving in VR, so going back to DX9 is not an option.) Thanks, Milan
Turn on the HUD and toggle it to the tire temp display. You'll find timing, pit stop choices, and car status as you cycle through the HUD. Sorry I can't give you the default keystrokes because I've mapped them to buttons on my wheel.
Thanks, I'll give it a go. I thought plugins don't work in DX11 but appearantly that just goes for third party, right?
