This is in the DX11 beta. USF2000/2016. I am running my own offline series and I use great authors as AI names. I did this by editing the team.mas file and changing the names on the two lines where the names appear for each car and then rebuilding the mas file. When I start up, I see the authors' names in the Session Settings. In game, I see them in the Standings. I use CrewChief and they work there. When I use Loganalyzer to keep the championship season, the names are all there, too. But when I'm on the track and I press the Label key, I see the line going to the car, but there is no name. It's blank. Did I miss something somewhere?
Ahhh, apparently they don't work in DX11. I tried a couple of other cars. I saw from a search that they don't work from trackside cameras, but I was in cockpit view. At least it's not something I did..
This is a bug sure because I have it since several weeks before. Notofy in bug reports... another more but think that is not a very important bug.
