    Hello everyone
I'm trying to install the tracks from SteamCMD and it does not download anything resulting in "Steam \ SteamCMD \ steamapps \ workshop \ content \ 365960 \ 917386941" (2 bytes) "
I downloaded mods without problems, but I came up with the S397 tracks.
What I can be doing wrong?
Is there an external link to download the latest versions?

    Thanks!

How do you got the mod`s? I tried that, but got the 2 bytes files, too...

I think you need to install the original content from rfactor2 workshop first.

The Studio 397 content is just an update to dx11.

Download of ISI/S397 original content doesn't work with SteamCMD! Don't ask me, why! Maybe because it's all in the cache of your full install.
So you need at least one full install (also on dedicated server).

The original isi content is legacy, you have to download from...

Most of the S397 and ISI workshop items are in cache, meaning using steam CMD you will only get a 2k file.

    Your options are:
    1. Download the full rFactor2 install using Steam CMD
      Code:
      steamcmd +login [USERNAME] [PASSWORD] +force_install_dir ../rFactor2-Dedicated +app_update 365950 +quit
    2. Copy any files you need from your local install from the cache folder and upload them to your server. Folder is located in ....rFactor2\cache. Make sure to remove .cache from the name.

Thanks for the reply, I was also struggling to understand why sometimes it worked and others didn't.

Is this a temporary solution until the UI gets updated? Or can it be considered a definitive system?
