Yes, i have GTX980 4GB DDR5, i doubt it's that issue, if i struggle to play Suzuka without stuttering with this card, just wondering what people with inferior cards will feel. Anyway it's beta version, but DX11 performance is not there yet...

Decided it was time to stress test a little deeper. Went through the updated cars & tracks to find the AC Cobra had, by far, the most fps intensive cockpit view and that AMP or Indianapolis were also the most fps intensive. Consequently here are the results for DX9 and the last two builds compared to DX9.

settings: Level 4 AA, PPE=off, resolution 5760x1080 multiview, no sync, aggressive threads=off
system: single GTX 1080, 8 GB VRAM; i7-4770 @3.4 GHz, 32 GB RAM
    circuit: Atlanta Motorsports Park (AMP)
    car: AC Cobra
    view: cockpit camera
    weather: overcast

DX9, Avg 88 fps, Min 75 fps, Max 101 fps
    Build 1813052, Avg 85 fps (-4%), Min 75 fps (+0%), Max 97 fps (-4%)
    Build 1818133, Avg 85 fps (-4%), Min 74 fps (-1%), Max 97 fps (-4%)

Effect of Shadows setting on fps in my stress test environment. Shadow blur = Fast for all results.

settings: Level 4 AA, PPE=off, resolution 5760x1080 multiview, no sync, aggressive threads=off
system: single GTX 1080, 8 GB VRAM; i7-4770 @3.4 GHz, 32 GB RAM
    circuit: Atlanta Motorsports Park (AMP)
    car: AC Cobra
    view: cockpit camera
    weather: overcast

    DX9 Shadows=off, Avg 78 fps, Min 67 fps, Max 91 fps
    Build 1818133 Shadows=off, Avg 74 fps (-7%), Min 66 fps (-5%), Max 87 fps (-8%)

    DX9 Shadows=Low, Avg 82 fps, Min 70 fps, Max 97 fps
    Build 1818133 Shadows=Low, Avg 80 fps (-7%), Min 71 fps (-5%), Max 94 fps (-7%)

    DX9 Shadows=Medium, Avg 88 fps, Min 75 fps, Max 101 fps
    Build 1818133 Shadows=Medium, Avg 85 fps (-4%), Min 74 fps (-1%), Max 97 fps (-4%)

    DX9 Shadows=High, Avg 88 fps, Min 75 fps, Max 101 fps
    Build 1818133 Shadows=High, Avg 85 fps (-3%), Min 74 fps +1%), Max 97 fps (-3%)

    DX9 Shadows=Max, Avg 88 fps, Min 75 fps, Max 101 fps
    Build 1818133 Shadows=Max, Avg 85 fps (-5%), Min 74 fps (-1%), Max 97 fps (-4%)

Strangely, the fewer shadows to display, the poorer DX11 performs in comparison to DX9.

I think I got that release on the 13th. The release date is probably the 12th in Europe/US?

I have a short question. Setting PP to "none" doesn't seem to deactivate PP effects. Correct?

At least on my end I have to go into the config_DX11 and switch it to "0" instead of "1".

Then it also changes some stuff in-game. With PP set to "none" I still get some bloom effect it seems. That disappears when set from 1 to 0 in the config.

Is this correct or should it be different?

Don't think there was a build today, this may be the one from late last week, a few people mentioned lower fps in it.

Maybe it was just the content updated and not rest of the beta?

Latest result (Build: 1823684, Tested: 16 May 2017)
    I have i7 6700, 16GB RAM, AMD RX480 8gb (single monitor), No AI.
Silverstone in the GT500 (usual settings):

DX11 with no Cloud - between 108-140 frames
DX11 with no Cloud (in 'splitter cam' using the Home button) - between 118-152 frames
DX11 with partial cloud - between 105-134 Frames
    DX11 with Overcast & Storm - between 94-117 Frames

    Previous results (earliest result first)..
Silverstone in the GT500 (same settings):
    DX9 - between 98-126 frames
    DX11 - between 37-63 frames

DX11 with partial cloud - between 58-73 Frames (an improvement, but still would be slower in online multiplayer or with AI)
DX11 with no Cloud - between 96-123 frames (comparable to DX9)

DX11 with partial cloud - between 101-133 Frames (Still better than DX9 no cloud)
DX11 with no Cloud - between 107-139 frames (Better than DX9).

DX11 with partial cloud - between 103-131 Frames
DX11 with no Cloud - between 107-138 frames

DX11 with partial cloud - between 105-134 Frames
DX11 with no Cloud - between 108-140 frames
    DX11 with Overcast & Storm - between 85-118 Frames

    Same here
It seems to me that the last two updates don't improve the framerate..
    No changelog for today build?

For me may 15 build it is better. Now equal to DX9 and good enough to start using PP
Replay remains a problem FPS 14 with bad stuttering.

Test same details as all of my other posted test results
NIssan GT500 Silverstone 1.6 Max AA No PP May 15 Build - Video card software set to Adaptive Multisampling
    In game settings all max.
    DX9
    Frames 10456 Time (ms) 60000 Min 140 Max 190 Avg 174

    DX11
    Frames 10485 Time (ms) 60000 Min 152 Max 194 Avg 174

A trial with AA set to Supersampling in video card software and medium PP dropped FPS to 55 average
Change AA from Level 5 to Level 3 no measured difference.
A trial at the DX11 version of Monarco FPS 55 some shimmering of objects still happening

I'm not sure. It's perfectly driveable USF2000 NOLA I7 4770 24Ram Sapphire RX480 8G eyefinity triples 5900x1080 all graphics at highest, Post None. I don't have any complaints at all

My understanding from discord is that it was only a content update, so dont know why fps would be different

Hi guys we just released a new update that should improve performance and frame-pacing.
Give it a test whenever you can!
