Pricing structure

Hi all,

I believe rfactor2 has/had a subscription model. However, when i check steam it says the sim costs €30 with no info on an annual fee. I saw in a thread about the december update that the subscription model is a thing of the past. Is that correct?

I am wondering, as the ongoing cost of development needs to come from somewhere, and I expect some sort of recurring fee. It would sound too good to be true is this is just a one time €30.

But i dont mind to pay for somes DLC to suport this great team.

I did not know there's also paid DLC. Can I find all paid DLC in the steam workshop?

Paid DLC would be very fair in my opinion, it does change the landscape a bit

 

Coming from iracing,I think it's amazing what rf2 offers for just a one off fee,plus free online,I don't really know how they have done all this,considering the small size of the player base.
Another reason to be highly appreciative of everything they do.
