Cockpit saved position per car & pitch?

I was wondering 2 things about cockpit position camera.

1st question: can we pitch the camera up/down (not move up/down but "tilt")?
2nd question: i noticed when we change cockpit camera position it stays like that for the next car and we have to change again. Is there a way to get the camera position saved for each car like in Assetto Corsa (AC also has pitch which is great to get perfect cockpit view)?

For #1: lft Shift + "- and +" keys next to backspace.
