Im stuck with the legacy 1098 build, downloaded and activated it but lo and behold every content package times out and cannot be downloaded. Originally i just highlighted them all and clicked download, but even downloading packages individually time out. So whats the solution? Steam key would be nice.
For anyone who runs into this problem, you have to go to the legacy download page, then cut and paste every link and download each file individually as they arent hyperlinked. Also seems like theres a max of 3 downloads at a time. Classy stuff.
yeah i did, that was my original attempt but they kept failing so i just downloaded each one individually from the legacy webpage and copied them to the packages directory. Bit of RSI never hurt anybody lol. Its all sorted now though but its something that should be looked into for all of us who missed the free steam migration.
