Is there a way and if so how to mandate a maximum ping in the server. So if someone with a higher ping is in they get kicked out?

I don't believe there is any such option, and it would be dangerous (sometimes a connection has an issue for a short time, or the player has local congestion, which might get them booted despite being fine the rest of the time).

Can I ask why you want to do this? You could instead use this to stop collisions with high ping cars doing any damage:

    "Collision Fade Thresh":0.7,
"Collision Fade Thresh#":"Collision impacts are reduced to zero at this latency",

    Hi @Lazza.
Could you explain how this parameter works?
    Thanks.

@lagg it defines the amount of ping that reduces collision impulses to zero. So if you run into a car with 700ms ping (or more), there is effectively no collision.

    OK, thanks.
Then, 700ms is not too much?
Would it be better to reduce to 300-400?
What happen with the drivers with more ping than the defined?

The car becomes noclip, so other cars cannot collide with it. Beware it may be exploited for "cheating", in other words with a high ping you could just drive through the pack at the start.

Yeah, it's really just a backup option so that if someone's connection starts going a bit crazy (without actually disconnecting) you'll avoid nasty collisions while they're warping around (and see everyone else warping around on their end)
The OP wanted to kick out bad pings, but although you can do that it's only manual.

There might be an implementation possible where you, if you encounter such a ping, have to stay in the same position as you were before the ping spiralled out of control.
