    Hi all,
In the BTCC series we do at WSR we are switching to using a static RealRoad setting with light track rubber to try and mimic real world conditions - we have very solid information that BTCC tracks don't rubber in very much at all so we'll create a light layer of rubber and lock it with the static setting on the server.

We're planning on using real world weather as well so my question is with static RR will the track still dry out, or will the rain persist on the track once it's wet?

I guess my query in simple terms is; are RR and track drying linked?

Drying line is indeed dependent/linked to Real road, so if you use static it won´t dry once it´s wet!

You can have a preset as a starting point and whatever happens from there (weather changes, driver's lines on track) will be up to what happens ON the track. If you want to slow the rate in which the track rubbers up, reduce the realroad speed below 1x in the session menus.
