Hi SS do you use the tyre surface temps or the rubber temps for you camber assessment? In rf2 a more accurate tyre temp is the rubber one measured with a plugin and viewed after esc. This is what I have found. The brake temps are for the actual pads that V8SC use but the figures come from ISI physics. I have since found some beter figures witha broader temp range which sounds more feasible given that they take the raeal car to 900/1000C.

Will look at adding some graduation to the brake ducts

    Cheers

    Hi FlashQld,
Thanks for your reply, sorry I didn't see it at first, I did see Feralarri's and replied straight away, then I saw yours. Anyway thanks for passing it on, I'm sure that will make this mod the best V8s out there for a long time to come.

    SS

    Hey Feralarri,
I've only ever used RF2s Tyre surface temps as the guide to get cambers right for me. What is the plugin that you use?

Quick heads up FlashQld, the link to the Nissan (v6.0) seems to be broken.

Other cars are fantastic. Great work!

Without having to 'crack' the MAS file, what are the weight penalties for each level of driver aid?

Obbzy to the best of my knowledge this is how it works. each of these have a off setting and when turned on apply weight as per schedule.

    TC: set 1=28.2kg, set 2=42.3kg
    ABS: set 1=28.2kg, set 2=42.3kg
    Stability: set 1=28.2kg, set 2=42.3kg
    Autoshift none
    Steering : set 1=28.2kg, set 2=35.25kg set 3=42.3kg
    Braking: set 1 70.5kg, set2 141kg
    Invulnerable: None
    Opposite: set 1 70.5kg
    Spin Recovery: set 1 70.5kg
    Autopit: None
    AutoLift: None

Would be nice to have seat adjustment forward more than 100. It's unusable on a single screen. 300-350 suits my screen on most mods. I use bonnet view in these v8's.

Hi Machine this should already be available if you have 6.1 version. Seat range from -150 to 250

OK, will give it a go again. It must have been one of the previous versions I tried.
And thanks for freeing that up a bit.
And it is about more than just screen size. I always felt as if I was driving from the back seat. As in the back seat regarding the cars rotational centre. Yes, graphically, you appear in the centre.

Crazy Australia... starkly race series and madness racetracks!

Great thanks to Nibiru for the help with the car-setup. Yummy!

Tried on 6.1 it went forward to 150. Just OK, could be a bit more, but for a part timer like me, it will do.
See the back seat driver in the video above. On my screen, the window slit is 2 inches high.

Any info on the 6.2 update downloaded via steam workshop. As far as i can see there are no compatible servers with this version available, is there a problem with updating dedi servers to this version?

6.2?! I was just about to ask why do I have both a 6.0 and 6.1 in my Steam? Can't uninstall the 6.0, though I doubt it is needed for any reason.

We also have a User Interface for the mod to have a subtle blend colour. The mod has multiple options in it to suit various configurations of how you want to drive, you can change configurations of the cockpit. The diff ratios and tyres are set for the Australian tracks, with subtle annual changes.

6.0 was the original release in June 16. 6.1 was a small update released after this.
6.2 another small update was released a day ago but there is some issue with it loading so it has been removed temporarily. So at the moment you should have 6.0 as s base and 6.1 as a update.
