Dedicated Server Download content

Where are we getting the official content from for the dedicated server? Are we no longer able to download the package files from the website?

Or is there a guide to use steamcmd to subscribe to packages?

Thanks GrimDad! Do I feel like a wally now I haven't looked at that for ages. Must have totally missed it first time round

 

I cant get it to work and lost interest trying. I'll wait for a steam tool server with a UI
