    Not bad for who?
Obviously, for those who don't have rF2 is a fantastic deal. The ones that already have rF2 can perceive it in many different ways. This type of movements do have very complex consequences.

While I agree on paid DLC as a way to promote the creation of more content and help improving the game, I also think that a very low entering fee is not fair. Making online free is a good way to promote online racing and also getting more people in due to the better deal.

14 euros for all available content + the game + online access.
Many of us paid over 70 euros for that. How much will we be asked later for one car or one track? Will we get a less than one euro price which is the price newcomers are paying for what they are being offered?

Will this sales boost rF2 numbers in such a way that the overall income is maximized by duplicating the number of users among which future economic needs will be split providing a better price for dlc? Is it realistic that someone that wouldn't pay 30 euros for the whole game considering all the free content, will pay 5 euros for a dlc pack?

I hope so. I am really curious to see how much each dlc pack will cost. I hope to get such fantastic deals as the ones new users are getting.

As someone who exclusively plays offline and who thus never paid for the online subscription thing, I'd actually welcome a way to support the new devs who are actively developing and improving rF2 in a way that the old devs didn't. A few dollars here and there for quality content would put rF2 firmly in the same camp as most of the other sims. I'd like to think that the revenue from content sales wouldn't just be used to fund more content a la R3E.

I think good road cars lets you to play with the physics more because of their more honed over the limit behavior.
So i think rf2 physics + good street car would be very interesting combination to experience.

I'd hope we could get over this binary way of thinking. There is no need to choose one over the other. It is not about leagues OR public racing. It is perfectly possible to have both. Just because some people choose to do more public racing doesn't mean they are against leagues. And I hope league people are not against public racing either. There is a lot of overlap and a lot of people start online racing with public racing and maybe later start doing some leagues.

And you've had the game for that whole time, while newcomers didn't. Prices change, it happens everywhere. We all buy PCs which quickly drop in price (especially gaming PCs), do you want cheaper games or OS or next components because you paid more than someone buying the same stuff later? If you're willing to pay for something, it's because you think it's worth it. How much anyone else pays is completely irrelevant.

Unless the dlc is on special offer to new users only (a bit like satellite tv offers) I believe you will get the same fantastic deals going forward!

    Ditto!
I've bought RF2 as soon as it was possible, I spent something like 34€, and played 4 years. In those years people have spent more to have the same, and now people can have it for half the money. And so? How do this impact negatively my interests? If I had not paid it then, I could not have had fun for all this time.

I bought Motorsport Manager for £25 three weeks ago, today it's 25% off on Steam, I'm demanding compensation.

I'm here to eat a bit of crow. Excellent news to see the GT500. Thank you for getting that out of the pipeline. Wish you had mentioned it instead of a vette though. Your roadmaps are what is motivating many frustrated RF2 owners to keep the faith.

great job with this car guys.
