I can't comment on these guesses just yet, otherwise we won't make it to sunday By all means, throw in some other guesses if you like, and of course other people are welcome to throw in a guess as well too, but i won't clarify them just yet
We can do two groups with winner of 12 hours of Sebring too. Winner : Phil Hill, Surtees, Andretti, Foyt, Mclaren, Gurney, Ickx No winner: Graham Hill, Amon, Hulme We can do so many groups about racing history indeed.
Can also do two groups. Those who are from New Zealand: Amon, Hulme, McLaren and those who are not: Andretti, Foyt, Gurney, Hill, Hill, Ickx, Surtees Pretty sure my group would be G. Hill, A. Foyt, and J. Ickx and the rest in the other group.
These tracks go with the reason I picked those 3 drivers: Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Circuit de la Sarthe, Monaco GP circuit, Daytona road course and Sebring.
Ah, many crowns there, but my only intended crown reference was to Graham Hill. Not to say that you haven't made a good selection though. It's just not going to lead you to the track i'm working on. You've been handy with clues so far. Thank you. I applaud your effort. Applause with my hands. Will you put your hand up for another guess? Or anyone else? You can't be a winner if you don't put your hand up and have a guess
After several calculations and my little knowledge of English. My conclusion is as follows: Selecting the 5 champions (Phill Hill 61, Graham Hill 62-68, John Surtees 64, Denny Hulme 67, Mario Andretti 78) and the GP celebrated. Only 4 tracks were repeated those years. Monaco, Monza, Waltkins Glen & Zandvoort. My bet is Watkins Glen or Zandvoort
I've wondered for quite awhile if there was a non-points race that google doesn't know about. I guess we'll find out shortly.
the race(s) are easily found on your favourite search engine. nothing particularly obscure. indeed, all drivers drove the same venue in the same year This is some good thinking, and it will be a competitor in the convoluted theory competition, but it misses some of the clues that are now littered around over the last few pages, so without those clues it's unlikely to lead you to the correct track two groups of drivers, in a 3:7 ratio was the latest clue But thanks for putting your hand up and having a guess. Again, you can't be a winner if you don't put your hand up hand why is he saying hand so often lately?
Surtees, Gurney and Foyt for the first group and the other for the second group so? For me, Andretti and Hulme didn't have hands up on pictures
There are seven drivers holding their hands up. Graham Hill, John Surtees, Phil Hill, Dan Gurney, A.J.Foyt, Jacky Icks & Bruce McLaren.
In my findings LeMans 1967 all 10 drivers drove (GH in the Bugatti). Foyt won. Lemans 1966. 9 drivers drove. Foyt signed up but didn't race. Riverside 1966. 9 drivers drove. Ickx missing. So considering the above I maintain my vote for Lemans 1967. The others aren't even close to have all drivers racing in the same venue and year.
Euskotracks: same venue, but woochoo didn't say the same race. It will be the same weekend but a sportscars race and a F2 race for example I think it is possible to understand like that
This is not the grouping that I have in mind. I did point (with at least one finger) at hands being the key, but perhaps I wasn't pointing quite as directly as I could have. This puzzle just got really real for me. I appreciate your interest and dedication in drawing up the table. It's great to see
