Daylight Settings

    Daylight (Start Time) setting is OK, but should year, month, day too. Possibly "onfly" (loaded track/garage) too :)

    Time of year is inbuilt to the engine, might be just visible in dev mode.

    Well if you put for example Nordschleife event to winter month, there will not be any snow and the trees will still look green. So it will just confuse the users.
