There is not going to be any animated tree because people don't know how to make it work with rF2, ISI doesn't seem to know either. At least it doesn't work with the wind function. The only animated trees I've seen in rF2 are from devmode, in this post.

left(the cornerworker is under the track)
the 2 tree i make the palm on the airsnake
from isi mills,then the airsnake make the

the 3 tree i make a crowdflag with anim file
in the palm the the flag make the move.
the 4 tree in the back have a flag in too.
