Hi Ive always tried to maximize my various rfactor car setups and driving, by examining the diffusor/downforce values, cooling drag/lift effects, engine power curve etc etc. For every value that makes up the whole car, you can find explanations and numerical values of their effects. One value is still unsolved though: OptimumOilTemp= in the engine.ini file. What effect does it give, when you are operating below/above optimum oil temperature? Does it result in power/torque loss like in real life? I suppose it has no effect on wear, as that kicks in according to the max safe oil temp.
