Hi Fohat and welcome. I chatted with you from the server last night. Looking forward to see you on the track today!
Welcome Fohat! Was following Race 1 thru Liveracers ysterday. Great race! Also nice to see everyone finished on the same lap!
Hi guys. Looking forward to the race tomorrow, hope I can get my first points. China was a disaster. I've never been able to figure out that track, and the way it is built, you loose a lot of time per lap. So I pulled out in grief . For Sandown I was away, visiting my folks in the north of Norway. It's close to 70 degrees north, with midnight sun in the summer. I love the be home (no mountains in Denmark). But now I hope I can do okay. Only a few laptimes on the server, so it's impossible to tell the pace. But I guess the faster guys will go below 1:35 on a hotlap, 1:36-37 in race pace. Much faster than that and I'm in big trouble . So I see you guys on track tomorrow. Good luck to everyone, and if you leave me just 1 point I'll be thrilled .
You had me scared for a minute. The next race is next week, so you have a week and a day to practice. I have to visit Denmark and Norway in the near future - they both look great
Hehe, I was one week ahead of myself They are both great countries, but were Denmark is really flat Norway is the opposite. Norwegians and danes are quite alike, we also understand each other's languages (most people do). If you ever go, you need to see the north of Norway where I come from. You need warm clothes, even in the summer it can be as low as 40-45F (5-8 celcius). But it can also be 70-80F if you're lucky. The sun shines 24 hours a day from middle of may to end of july (depending on how far north you are), and the nature is stunning. Time to do some more laps then, wonder if I can get below 1:38????
Seeing from the Liveracers timing, ure not that far off 1.38s Heres a not so serious lap guide to Fuji that i found. But the guy made some good points about the track
Great race guys! Was on TS and following the race thru Liveracers. Plenty of battle. Race 1 start was on wet tracks. Live weather added some depth into the race. Cgrats Fadzli and Niranjan for a win each for sprint and feature race!
An update on the series with the current standings under this link. https://goo.gl/RtHlgI Next round this Sunday
Darwin is tropical. You get pretty consistent temperatures year round and torrential rain when it rains. Usually afternoon thunderstorms, but more often those happen in summer - it is winter down under now
It was an eventful round, and you can find more about it here https://rf2asia.blogspot.jp/2016/06/flat-6-series-round-5-hidden-valley.html
Here are the standings for our Flat 6 Series after Round 5.
