Game won't load

I downloaded Lite and put one mod, the URD-EGT mod, on it but the game won't load whether I click Single Player or Multiplayer. It looks like it's going to for a split second but then reverts back to Launcher. Where do I go from here, please and thank you? Same thing happens even if I uninstall the EGT entries. Could I have a corrupt download?

Install the URD-EGT plus a Track and see what happens then.

 

Sorry, should have mentioned that, I do have some tracks installed.

 

Check you have the correct video resolution settings.

 

Thanks for the replies guys. Resolution matches, 1920x1080, full screen. I have HDR, FXAA both unchecked, Sync and AA@ None at the moment but get the same results if I change those settings. I might just ditch it and try another d/l of Lite.
