Hello, what is the top speed of Formula ISI 2012 cars? In my test all FISI 2012 cars are cutted/limited hard at 301 kph at 7.gear (independent of the usage of rear flaps in DRS zone). I thought DRS gives me more maximum speed, but it does not work for me much more effective. Is that top speed limited so fixed by default or is there any secret to release the top speed limiter? No. Before i would modding around with that values, question: Exists there a max speed limiter for these cars? (which exactly cuts speed at 301kph?) And if yes, can that be disabled anyway?
theres no speed limiter (only pit limiter), your topping out because you havent changed the gear ratios to match the longest straight. edit: beat me to it ^
You are probable reaching RPM limiter as said. You can check looking at the rpm. Extend gear ratios. You have a graph that relates rpm and speed. If you put the picture of your actual setup, it should be very close to 300 kph Enviado desde mi GT-I9505 mediante Tapatalk
Thanks for all advice. So adjusting gears will give me more top speed at the cost of accelerating? It seems the "final" parameter will adjust all gears. Will this setup apply to AI too or could that be modify in any vehicle file too? Greetings...
You will have to assign the setup to the AI. Highlight the AI driver in the results, open the garage, highlight the setup file, and click on the arrowed button in the illustration. View attachment 18840
