Match Maker API has a bug with recent update

I have noticed that the match maker api is not returning the correct results when searched by "playerCount". This used to work fine before.

Then I checked the returned JSON object and noticed 2 new fields, playerCount and isiOffical which is well and good.

Anyways, there is a bug when searchType=playerCount and is not working anymore.

This will fix itself with a future build of the dedicated server. We had to break this in order to support steam users.
