I think if you went for 2133MHz, NON-DDR3L, Low Cas, Corsair you'd be fine with either* Between those two, G.Skill is faster and has less latency (win-win), although 1.65V means it needs voltage added for system stability to run at that speed. If same speed, same voltage; lower CAS is better. If same speed, same CAS; lower voltage is better. For instance the CORSAIR Vengeance Pro 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model CMY16GX3M4A2133C9R is a better set than the G.Skill, (runs 2133 at 1.5V with CAS 9). Which also explains why it is more expensive. *Check QVL
