The lighting and overall look of the graphics in that video (apart from some low-res textured objects) can just about pass for RF2. Off-topic but I couldn't resist.
Thanks a lot ! rF2 has got to be the hardest sim to find good cars/tracks to and I wonder why ? I downloaded the 0.97 and it is a LOT of fun also this car is the only one I've driven which feels realistic when you end up in the cat litter (Other cars just feels like they are filled with gas once they are off the track ) Only problem I have with it is that the cockpit view are shaking a lot ! For some reason I always end up in first start position in an AI race no matter what position I choose in the setup ?? - Any Clue ???

All the good cars and tracks can be found via launcher by clicking remote content button. its a very old conversion and lacks CPM and chassis flex so not a good example of what FR2 has to offer. Join Racedepartment for plenty of downloads. as for Pole psoition, run a Qualifying and let it complete, set for 3 laps or something and that should get you off pole if theAI arnt set at a low ability percentage.Im pretty sure in race settings you can designate your grid position ?
