I just downloaded perfect on a different machine. It's possible they had a blip that caused your connection to drop, or your ISP had an issue that caused it. Either way, please try again. Or, you can use this link: http://world3.rfactor.net/dl/rf2/rfcmp/3p/3PA_Brookdale-v100.rfcmp

AI is incredibly slow here and also really block happy, probably related. Running similar settings to those that worked decently for me at Mountain Peak resulted in me driving around them all like they were parked - it was like being Kyle Busch in a xfinity race starting at the back.

For some reason they gravitate towards the bottom and stay there even when I'm running the top with only the rubber I've put down and passing them all like they are standing still... I'm not sure why the low line is the rubbered line though, especially in 1+2. That is without the override to prevent them looking around for grip.

Also - might want to take a lot of tape off the grill even from the default set here, managed to blow it up within about 10 laps because I forgot to change it.

Fun track! Wish it was more like Darlington where the hi line was fast, but I understand the purpose of making it fictional and unique. Ton of fun to drive and I cant wait to get into some online races with it.

It would be great if the low-downforce package was available for this track. Is there anyway to override the forced upgrades?

Overall, pretty good track. I get a lot of shadow pop-in, seems worse than other tracks, but isn't a deal breaker. At least I can consistently exit the garage on this one, and the layout is super fun. I see a lot of great racing happening here.

    - Select the track
    - Select the car ==> and click on "tunning"
    - Select the package and other upgrades you'll be using

Click on "Force Setup" to make the AI use the same package as you are.
    Don't forget it to release/reset it. ;)

That doesn't override the tracks set configuration for the cars. That would be for say the FR3.5 cars, with 3 downforce options, whether you have a track that won't assign them a suitable config. Like say it gives them low downforce for Nords.
Also it would be for say a mod oval, who hasn't set it up right and hasn't specified what config. You can then get all the AI on the same page as you.

So do I need to change my Tuning page according to the track I use or does it the game for me?

I've checked all the ISI/3PA ovals, they all auto select the config. You are then left with wheelbase and steering range settings iirc. And units but hey XD

If though you run a track and you find any AI way off the pace or some odd stuff, you can then use that option to make sure they are all on the same page. Think of the NSX with all it's different variations of diffs, engines, etc.

So how do you "release/reset" it?

Forcing setup package is the UI option, just force it to whatever you want. I suspect you have to edit a file to "release" it back to track default? Possibly something in the user folder for that track's setup?
