Went there myself in 2011. Eiffel tower... Meh, Notre Dame... OK, old Rouen circuit... hallowed ground!

Edit: looking at the pic in the Rouen link... that doesn't look like the Rouen pit. Unless they built a different one after the original... Which I don't think they did.

Well, not exactly 1960's car but close.

I don't have any 3d modeling experience. I expect to finish this in 2 years haha!

After a little research I see I was wrong. Seems new pits were in place for 1972 along with the track layout posted by Simon. So the new Rouen sim layout won't be the one many of us love so much from GPL. Still, it looks like it will be a fun drive with the "new" esses and of course all the key parts from the main straight down to Nouveau Monde and the climb back up through turn 10.

Would have been nice to have more motivation around them.

I thought we would have had modernized F2 - F3 by now.

I not even confident some of the stuff I thought would be done to F3 will be now.

Guess Lemans , GT and F1 have crushed it once more.

    Thanks, guys!

Here is another image on the progress. As you can see there are some modeling accuracy mistakes, those will be taken care of. I will start a thread for this project soon.
