Another shot in the dark: Is there a way to re-install the Fonts in Windows 8.1 or 10? maybe it's something to do with that, just (another) thought! DirectX Re-install perhaps?
Well, my fonts haven't been touched, ever. As for re-installing DirectX, I can't see how that would help as the older builds work just fine on my system. I could try, but not expecting much anymore...
I know and I am thankfull for that, I didn't meant that as a negative comment. It's just that I've tried all kind of things and it still doesn't work
Hello Louis SideSwitch, the reason I mentioned language is because they may have altered something in the UI this build, we have been on a new UI-system for a few builds, and I had problems before with languages in rf1 and 2, UK-English seems to work best for me, Dutch maybe but US-English messes up my keyboard when interacting with rfactor. I saw you're Dutch as well, maybe a related thing. You can switch/add languages in the taskbar.
I changed both the keyboard layout and display language on my windows, but that also did nothing. I've been in contact with support for a bit now and so far it seems they can't locate the problem either, yet. So I'll just patiently keep waiting and hoping for a solution
Unless you post with another user, this is exactly B1k3r issue. Must something in commom you had. Gpu-driver-os or both
I cant get rFactor 2 to work either it was working just fine until I down loaded the new install 998. I cant play online!!
you need to be more especific to someone try to help. Like any info besides what you provide. It work off line? Do not start at all? Do not show server list?
