So what exactly is not working? Something in the widget edit/save.....the tires widget or both? Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk
ok something has changed. Tire widget now works again . But still the problem if I edit a existing (selfmade) dashboard and resize a widget with the zoom function the changes are not saved. The Oil Temp Gauge is now in the widgetlist working but not in my dashboard (I've deleted and readded the Oil Gauge).
Ok cool, so tires are working again. Are you trying to resize the widgets or the whole dashboard? Do you choose them (blue outline) before you resize? Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk
I try to resize only the widget inside my dashboard not the whole dashboard. While im edit the dashboard the resize is possible but it is not saved. Yes I select them and the are blue marked.
(more input) Tried it a bit again. Looked into editing widget/hud. I find it very unreliable though. Positions are not saved, resizing _moves_ the bounding box, i.e. if I scale a widget to say 50% the widget can no longer be moved to the lower right. Saving, and then exit, and the edit again, does not always save the positions (nor my added widgets) I set in the first edit session. It might have to do that I have the widget loaded in my tablet, while editing in the computer browser. So this with widget open on multiple devices - locking :-/ Run it with Game Stock Car (this time) - found not all widgets are working. Current lap timing, e.g. Running Testday. And one suggestion: multi paged huds/linked - a simple touch/swipe takes you the next/previous "page". Maybe grouping of already existing huds. (instead of back and choose/scroll to find the hud you want)
Which version are you using and which browser? I might need to re-write it to make it more user friendly and reliable. Thanks for your feedback.
Have uploaded v.1.5.9.0 with the following updates. Please note that I did not have lots of time to test these during a Race so please do not base your race based on these until we are sure that they are working fine! 01. Added widget Laps Done (since you left pits ignoring outlap) 02. Added widget Average Fuel Per Lap 03. Added widget Fuel Used On Last Lap 04. Added widget Estimated Remaining Laps 05. Added widget Fuel To Fill In Pits to arrive till end of session 06. Added widget Fuel Needed Till End of session 07. Added widget Oil Temperature (digital) 08. Added widget Water Temperature (digital) 09. Added widget Average Lap Time 10. Live timing now shows Speed of all cars 11. Few fixes to reported bugs
Thx mate. I will try, though occasionally stays frozen. I have to improve my wireless router signal, so I was interested in USB connection. regards. Corti.
Chrome, 1.5.9.0 of ProRacing. I can see that the zoom value is sent back/saved as ...."Zoom":"0.64"}, but when read back it says ....\"Zoom\":\"1\"}, and b.t.w. its the tiresdigital widget. (F12 in Chrome and the network tab, and you can monitor what is sent back and forth)
I found the issue with the zoom and also with saving the widgets. Zoom is not very well supported by all browsers and needs special calculations to handle it well. So now I had to remove the binding box limit, which means widgets can be dragged out of the container so I'll let users to control that. At least you can now drag it anywhere. The issue with saving was that when the user moves the widgets, the positions are at times doubles (not integers) and it was crashing when converting JSON object with doubles to integers. So it should be fixed now too. Find the install here http://www.mediafire.com/download/96kg80qnsv8ys37/ProracingInstaller_v1.5.9.1_x64.exe Not sure what you mean by this. I'd appreciate if you can be more specific which widgets. I'm supporting 7 games and its hard to test all the widgets for all games....it's not like this is coming from a company with a full testing team and which makes money...I'm just one guy doing it after a days work like all people "Run it with Game Stock Car (this time) - found not all widgets are working. Current lap timing, e.g. Running Testday." Cheers
Very cool stuff B1K3R. Well done. I have still an issue with the current lap time display in rf2. Is that already fixed ? I have one suggestion to save space in widgets. Please don't display the floating point details. For tires information its no so important to know if the tire is a 58 % or 58.21 % In some widgets I have overlapping strings (http://dash.proracing.club/Widgets/Analog1.html) Would be great to have in the Digital 1,2,3 also: Current lap / Number of laps Current position / Number of drivers The best thing about your tool is: Its supports all major race sim ! That's awesome !
Hi mate, Not sure what's wrong with the current lap time display. Can you post an image or maybe explain? I agree with the floating points. Many mentioned this too. I'll have a look. There is no need for me to put the details in the other digital dashboards as you can create any dashboard you want in the "Build/Edit Dashboard" menu. Let me know if you need help creating one. On a separate note, I am going to make lots of enhancements to it soon especially to the "Build/Edit Dashboard" and "My Widgets" screen more user friendly.
In rf2 is the current lap time : 00:00:00 It changes never. The best lap is ok, but the current lap time stick to 0. I agree with the customer dashboard. I will try it. In Assetto corsa is an issue with the tire percentage. They values are to high. The value are something like 999999. May by 1000 times to high. I make a screenshot.
