Hi, I have developed a web dashboard for myself to use with Raceroom Experience (R3E ) and now I'm porting it to rFactor 2, 1 GSC and Assetto Corsa.

This can be used in two ways.....either accessed through web http://telemetry.justrace.net from any of your devices or by loading the custom widgets directly on the game....as long as it is on the same WIFI or you are using your external IP. The in-game widgets are not very user friendly, but I find the tires information widget very handy as I can tell extactly whats happening to the tires as seen in the video below.

These widgets are the first default ones, as really there is no limit what we can show on the screen as long as the game sends the data.

    Download Install:
    http://telemetry.justrace.net

    Requirements:
    Windows x64bit and .NET 4..5

    How it works:
Watch it HD for a clearer video

Did not check but I think so. The ingame widgets are not the most user friendly as they are not part of the game but just window overlays. So one would need to swap between the game and the dashboard manager. I'll check tonight.

EDIT: YES, game needs to be in WINDOW mode for the widgets to work

Finally I managed to package the rF2 BETA release. In the download link, there are 2 files, an exe installer and and folder. Copy the contents of the rFactor2 to your rFactor2 folder on your computer. Install the exe file.

After installing, you will have a shortcut on your desktop. Click on it and the screen below will come up. You can leave the default settings which are your local IP and a port. When you click on Start, the OS will ask you to allow the port to be access and say yes if you want the software to work. If you choose an External IP, your dashboard will work from anywhere but of course you'd need to have port forwarding setup and your External IP accessible from the outside word. if you change the Plugin port on screen, you also need to change in the the Proracing_x64.ini

When you click start, then "Open Dashboard" if you want to view on your screen as shown below. If you want to use this software on your mobile/tablet etc,

    just use the URL http://r3e.proracing.club/Index.html

To use the in-game widgets the game has to be in WINDOW MODE. Then follow the video above to see how to use the widgets.

The below is only relevant if you are using the web dashboards. In this case, you need to enter the IP address and port as seen above. If opened from the software, the IP and port will be auto populated. Once populated, the web will remember your IP and Port after the first time. This data is ONLY stored on your device and never sent to any other pc/server. This means that I am only storing these locally on your machine or device. If you do not have a static IP, which means an IP that changes, you might need to check the new IP in the screen above and re-enter it.

Once the IP and Port are there, next click on Launch Dashboard and the following will come up...

Then launch the game and the data will start streaming...you can also launch the game beforehand.

Just in case it stops or does not start, press F5 [IMG]

And finally a BIG THANK YOU to www.racing-leagues.com for hosting the web app [IMG]

Please test it and let me know of any issues.

    Cheers

Thank you B1K3R, working great here!

I can see a reference to GSC in the Dashboard Manager. Is it available to install?

If the data is available I can add it. So you mean the lap distance? Why would you need that?

Mileage to work out how much fuel to put in at a stop. In endurance drivers might need to see their fuel usage.

Yeah, good idea. So I'll make two more widgets:

    1. Mileage/Km
    2. Fuel Capacity/Fuel Left

    Wow it look amazing !
does the Web part can work over the internet ?

Lets say that I am driving, does a race engineer can connect to my external IP and see all that information ?

    Thx

    Thanks !

That is really something that look great, I will test that tonight
And the fact that we can add all kind of data is really cool

Its like a trackmap plugin but on the web, and that is something that I have been looking for a while now !

I will come back and give my impression when I will have tested it
