Triple screen set up problems

Just got another 2 monitors for a triple setup but I cant get it working , I have a single GTX 780 EVGA card and 3 Benq 24 inch monitors on win 7 .

I have 2 monitors connected to the dvi ports and they work fine but as soon as I plug the 3 into HDMI , I lose my desktop icons and cant access windows and get nothing on the 3rd monitor .

Any ideas what can be the problem here ?

Open you nVidia Control Panel. Under 3D Settings select Configure Surround, PhysX Then check the box that has Span displays with Surround and follow the steps from there.

 

But as soon as I plug in the 3rd monitor into the HDMI connection I lose windows and all my desktop shortcuts and just have the windows logo on 2 monitors and the 3rd is black screen , when I unplug the HDMI port I get windows back .

 

Is your third monitor selecting the HDMI as a video port?

 

How would find that out tuttle ?

Something going on I just plugged a laptop into that HDMI port on the monitor and nothing .
