No problems for me (GTX970). First startup of the game i had black screens when going in car. Feeling (FFB wise) is better but could be placebo. no fps gain. Multi view is working better. not tried MP yet.
I have a problem too, the sim show me only a black screen, all the GID information is corrected showed, the car responses to the pedals (throttle, brakes and clutch) but the image of the track, cars and all other elements doesn't appear. Any idea?
Hi - when using subview params, fov is controlled by screen width and height, and eye distance, you cannot adjust it separately. to revert to previous multiview behavior, set UseSubViewParams=0. It may be helpful to run rfconfig once to set the defaults in the config.ini.

I Tried the auto update and it seemed to go ok till the end then I got this error. "Installing C++ runtimes Installing DirectX runtimes C++ and DirectX runtimes successfully installed Removing file: F:\Simulator Files\rFactor2 64Bit\Support\Runtimes\vcredist_x86.exe was NOT successful Update procedure has detected and error and stopped" How do I fix it? It is still showing me as having 946 installed.
Thanks for the update ISI. Love the new multiview setup. I don't think my game has ever looked so fluid across the 3 screens. P.S. Small tip for you triple screen guys - make sure to go back to your standard resolution in the game config. Using the new multiview makes bezel correction redundant
After years of frustration I finally can use my SLI in rFactor 2. Scenario> EGT cars, 33 AI cars field, starting from the last place (34), Indianápolis 2007, same cars, 11h00 AM, clear sky. Game settings: all maxed except opponents detail (1 click less than full) Build 946 - 50 FPS at starting but noticeable stuttering. Build 982 - 69 FPS at starting, almost no stuttering. FPS increases quickly to 80+ in the main straight after race start, in contrast to b946 (it used to demand some field spreading to reach 80+, than 100+ and so on). Most important is much more fluid now. Inspector Settings: View attachment 17222
I cant get a good fps when using multiview and SLI for races. With no multiview everything is fine. Running two 780 AMP. Any idea? Already tried the above Inspector profile.
Great stuff ISI. Multiview, SLI, AI, HUD, MP, plugin options and programming, and all sorts of other things that will improve the vast possibilities in the world of rFactor 2. Thank you! Do the multiview screen width and height measurements also include the bezels? I'm guessing no? P.S. To anyone praising SLI improvements, we need single GPU comparisons to really judge those improvements. E.g. I'd hardly call a fps improvement an actual "improvement" IF the overall multi-GPU scaling is still unsatisfactory (not that I'm saying that's the case).
Kidding, four people online ( sorry 2 just left ), I just do not understand it. It is like leagues want ISI to be their bitch. Well I don't see them out in open rooms helping promote it. Rest assured when their league rooms are not ready for Stock Car release they will jump in one though. lool
eye view is now controlled by eye distance in config.ini just like iRacing. The black screen is because you have to set the parameters in config.ini. When you change something in resolution settings after that, the config.ini will be reset to default and you have to set the parameter again....

Just another small note: i never seen this before, but Brabham AI`s running much to wide on AMP, before the last corner, and crashing. Tested with 30 AI`s. Could this because of the new Build and the AI changes? With other Cars, e.g. the Megane, this Problem seems not to exist.
Not familiar with the plugins side of things, so very sorry for asking what is probably a simple to answer question! I've updated via launcher, all good. I've download the Internals Plugin v7, which is a zipped file. What exactly do I do with it, where does it go? Thanks in advance.
