I'm hoping someone can help....In myContent box I now see; ASR_FORMULA_OWC_310 1.0 and ASR_FORMUAL_OWC_MP4-6 1.6 and F1_ASR_1992_V170 the 310 fails verification and the MP4 fails verification and the 1992_V170 says bad file discriptor. I have also had a few new tracks that refuse to load... I did a clean re-install and I still have this problem. Everything else is working fine, but I am wondering if it is just me. In a few days I am installing a SSD to put rfactor 2 and Photoshop on as well as my operating system, hoping things will go better here.. Thanks for any ideas....
Open the packages folder and check if the files that have been downloaded are in the .rfcmp format. I had a similar issue with another mod, and it turned out that it was inside a .rar file.
Ok.. Thanks Gomslork, That was it, the files were .rar But the ASR_1992 F1 is still a bad file. How do these files even get into my Content? does ISI let them in or do they get in some other way. I'm confused about this, how are they even showing up in the Content?
I'm not sure what the criteria for publishing content in the launcher is. You can find all the ASR formula cars at http://www.asrformula.com/#home
They get in because you click to download them. They're showing up in REMOTE content. If you want to, go to out site and download things, then just use the local tab.
