Short summary: Strakka will enter a Gibson chassis for the upcoming WEC races and the S103 will be used as a test mule for the lmp1 program. So the first victim of the new lmp2 rules is the exotic S103 :/

Please keep the Dome S103 in the PX2 class! It's a (in my opinion) gorgeous car that is quite different (looking) from all other P2 cars

Do those lights even work for any cars, im pretty sure they arent on the EGT cars.

 

No not posibile sofar. I would have implented them allready. I can animated them so they simply change from 1-2-3 glows after some time but not connected to the real car position.

 

Was working on a skin for the 2015 P1 and found a couple of bugs:

1. when doing a banner and rear wing if you use the normal naming conventions of "WING" and "BAN" they will not show up in the showroom but....I did discover if you use "extra1" for the rear wing and "extra2" for the banner they will show up.
2. The finished skin displays perfect in the showroom, however once in game and on the track the number "13" is superimposed on my car right smack on top of my own number

 

Dont use the side number on the livery, its test version sofar thought but i have done additional shape so we have glowing one. extra3 texture is for that one but use the same colours for alpha and the diff so you will get normal colour during day and nice glow during night.

 

Not sure I understand Ales, how can I "not" use the side number. Im not putting it there, it is putting itself there but only in game NOT in the showroom. How can I make it stop?

 

ah, change them, make the extra3 skin with numbers you want. template should be included or no?

That mail generally comes through a lot faster. Apologies if you haven't gotten them out to everyone yet but I wanted to make sure I got it.

 

The update was for the AC version - maybe that's why you did not get the mail.
