    Hi,

I am having trouble trying to install Real Head Motion plugin to the last build of Rfactor2. I unzipped the file into the Bin64 folder like it says but the game crashes to the desktop when I start race. Does anyone have the same problem?

Yes, you just need to put these two files into Bin64/Plugins:

    - RealHeadMotionRFactor2_x64.dll
    - RealHeadMotionRFactor2.xml

I just tested it, it seems to be working fine. Do you have RealHeadMotion version 1.0.3?

Yes, its version 1.0.3, still crashing. Do you need to change anything in .xml file? or any other ideas?

I think you should set de player.JSON also, but i don't know if it crash for that reason.

Editing player.json helps the plugin work properly but it sounds like the op has put them in the bin folder not the plugin folder?

If you have any other plugins installed currently, you may want to disable them and test again to see if it will load.

there is no really need for this plugin (IMO)!
To set this values in the player.JSON it has the same effect:
    "Graphic Options"
    "Car Vibration Mult1":1.00952,
    "Car Vibration Mult2":1.00952,

    "Cockpit Vibration Freq1":5,
    "Cockpit Vibration Freq2":5,
    "Cockpit Vibration Mult1":0.1,
    "Cockpit Vibration Mult2":0.1,

Test it and check if it suits you.

So game runs ok without the RHM plugin?
    May be a damaged download?
How many files did you unzip?

Not the download. I tried settings in .JSON and found very similar to Real Head Motion I had running in early builds just not quite the same. Im not that good at noticing small differences, to be honest after eight years playing this Sim Im still taken by all the variables, I didnt see much tweaking options in the .xml file anyway to suggest it was much worth the effort getting it to load unless it had a .ini file like the last one I thought was very good. But like I said I dont get how things like files sorts are made to fit the latest builds, etc, but I cant get it to load I cant get it to load.
