    Solved

It is a conflict caused by the safety car Mercedes of the F1RFT2013 mod, removed it and solved.
    Confirmed by CCGracer.

Sorry, the build 946 had no responsability at all.

After auto update, when I started game I had no content installed (no tracks, no cars, nothing).

Downloaded lite version and content was back.

    Solved
Am I the only one seeing this?

For me, most all third party mods with closed cockpits have problems with windows (some have letters appearing inside cockpit, or from outside view), I tried quickly EGT, T5, BMWE90, Megane RMT.

ISI content doesn't seem to suffer from this problem.

If I am not alone, lets hope modders will issue new versions.

    Cheers.

Must be something with your graphic driver, rF2 installation or something else, as i don't have this problem at all using old AMD card.

    Update finished, first testing finished

    - Update runs without any Problems
    - First "Wow": Useability of the New UI is now much better, because of the better contrast
    - Settings: everything max/high/full, 20 AI, HDR ON, Malysia, Renault Megane, 160-170 FPS, no CPU spiking

    AI Calibration seems removed?

This Build seems a very big step forward!

Its looking amazing now :) Just done 24 hours at Limerock Park with time X60, and the transition from light to dark and back is flawless now. Before the update
the day night transition was one of my biggest issues, it just looked REALLY bad, and night driving was just plane old weird lol. But now its flawless.

And im getting around 80 - 120 FPS with everything maxed out, which is crazy good.

Only issue im having now really is the windows of the cars at night (not the front but the sides and back are affected), they are glowing lol, its a small issue though when i compare it with how much of
a differecne this update has made overall.

Great work ISI .. thankyou :)

    Hi,

    can someone explane this line?

"– By default, the multithreaded physics are turned off for now. Set the PLR file variable “Sim Processor Thresh” to 3 to turn on, or 255 to turn off"

i didnt finde the line in the .plr. And what ist better for an high end System, on or off?

    thx

There isn`t any .plr File (no more) since Build 860, if my memories working right :D

The .plr Files where replaced with .json Files.

I guess, with an actual High End System, could be set to 3.

I couldn't see that line in player json until I started the sim once after the update, then I exited and checked the json again. Then it was there.

It is imperative to go to Userdata/Log and clear all content in CBASH and Shaders folders.

IMO this should be implemented into updater.

Frustrating time of being on holiday away from sim rig! :)

Huge step in the right direction!

Everything is much more consistent now.
Better day/night transition (ratio between direct and ambient light).
Improved specular reflection on all objects.
Cube map objects (URD EGT windshields for instance) have a good balanced and consistent reflection at all times of the day.
Shadows look more natural (no so dark, more ambient light?)
Good color saturation, especially for red tones (Silverstone curbs and tirewalls).

At night it looks a bit strange. Even bright objects, like light glows, have a kinda tinted look.

Good job ISI! Happy Easter all! :D

User Ari might want to take a look at this, regarding multiview performance with HDR. I don't have 3 screens.
