I Just created a new dedicated server. I would appreciate if sombody can test it. It works on LAN, but i'm not sure about WAN.

Name is "PRS - GT4 - 370z" is at the very end of the list.

All content is from ISI so you probably have it already installed.

    Thanks.

Cannot join. Says mod not found and there are strange characters in the heading.

It looks like you haven't opened all the ports properly.

According to the data in the MM you need to open these ports:

    PRS - GT4 - 370z:
    TCP:64297
    TCP/UDP:54299

    PRS - ROOKIES - Clio:
    TCP:64298
    TCP/UDP:54298

Make sure you also open these ports in the Windows Firewall (Win+R / wf.msc).

I made the changes. I created input rules on the Firewall. Do I need to create output rules too ?

It looks like you changed the ports in the mp.json. I now see you using these ports:

    PRS - GT4 - 370z:
    TCP:64299
    TCP/UDP:54299

    PRS - ROOKIES - Clio:
    TCP:64298
    TCP/UDP:54298

As for windows firewall rules. Just do an inbound and outbound rule for the "program" (just browse to "rFactor2 Dedicated.exe"). Then if you change ports you don't need to mess with the windows firewall again.

When you think you have it working you can at least test that the http port is working by using your phone (with WiFi turned off) to go to these URLs:
    http://190.140.212.55:64298/SessionInfo/
    http://190.140.212.55:64299/SessionInfo/

Joining now... it's downloading components right now.

Edit1: The 370 server joined fine. Let me try the other now.

Edit2: The Clio server also works.

No problem. It's a pain to test firewall rules sometimes. It's always nice to have someone on the other end to do a test.
