    Hi,

I just downloaded a .rfcmp file/Mod and I cant install it in rfactor2. I put it in the rfactor2 packages folder in Documents but when I open Mod Manager I cant see the file listed anywhere so I can install it. It has happened a few times with other downloads. Does anyone know what i might be doing wrong.

    Thanks

Do you have all the "Viewing" filters turned on including Mods?

I really don't like this idea of this "documents"

Why do you do it. ?

Like if you packaged everything there it would bloat your primary drive or worse a SSD if you run one ?

Why would you do it ? Why wouldn't you want everything in a single folder ?

I also see many people have simbin titles too with documents folders, never understood it.

The only things should be on your primary drive are .rFactor2 ( Credentials ) and ~MASTEMP ( .mas files to edit mods )

Even those, once I have finished the mod I delete them and make brand new.

I find mod upgrades messy and confusing.
