I am sure at least a few are unaware that the side roads you can drive at Belgium in part replicate the old circuit.

Turn left before Eau Rouge and left at Stavelot.

Any chance we may see this version for early cars ? ( Thinking of 1928 Merc and 1937 GP :) )

Boy! This would be totally amazing to have in rf2 for sure...

Just imagine screaming around 1920`s - 30`s Belgium in those awesome 1920`s - 30`s race cars.

    It`d be so cool...

Yes, I was curious too that they included the original sections of the circuit as side roads.
Cant somebody turn it in a pre war version.

Who knows where the battle of the Bulge occurred?
What has Stavelot and petrol got in common with tanks?

    Yeah

Would make a different view on the run from La Source no Eau Rouge and with some pretty nifty pedal work needed back in 1928 to slow....... all arms and legs. lol :)

I see they had planked wood walling with struts on outside at least as far back as 1925, we can hit those like the posts. lool

Howston G6 holds 227 litres and at Belgium, she can suck a golf ball through 30 foot of garden hose.

Haha all these years I never realized how close Bastogne is to Spa.

What a coincidence, all last week I kept reading about the Bulge, watching films and documentaries about it.

from Wiki: "Kampfgruppe Peiper attacked Stavelot on 18 December but was unable to capture the town before the Americans evacuated a large fuel depot."
And perhaps this was decisive as till 23 December they were completely out of fuel and had to redraw back to their lines abandoning the offensive.

Btw this week is the 70th anniversary of the Bulge so now I remembered how come I suddenly took again an interest on it

*Tip: Sydney Pollack's Castle Keep takes place during the Bulge, a rare and fascinating film.

IIRC they've said (well, Tim did) they want a F1 car from each decade, so a 30's GP car or track would not be impossible. But apparently they are more into modern cars atm and personally I don't think we will have it... But I'd love to.
